Garlic Roasted Broccoli Healthy Recipes

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1½ Tbs olive oil

  • 1 Tbs garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Juice of ½ a lemon





INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.

  3. Place broccoli florets in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil and garlic; season with onion powder, salt and pepper

  4. Toss to combine.

  5. Place into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.

  6. Squeeze lemon over the top.

  7. Serve immediately Source
