The Smoothie Bowl

1 ripe banana
1/2 ripe avocado
1 cup semi-frozen raspberries and blueberries
1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
(1 tbsp protein powder)

Toppings:

1/2 ripe banana
berries
1 tbsp mulberries
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp almonds

METHOD:

1. Put all the smoothie ingredients to your blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, decorate with the toppings and enjoy! source
