SOUR CREAM DILL CUCUMBER SALAD HEALTHY RECIPES

Ingredients




  • 1 ½ English cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 1 ½ tsp. kosher salt, divided

  • 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsp. light sour cream

  • 2 tbsp. 2% fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

  • ¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper


Instructions




  1. Place cucumbers in a colander and toss with 1 tsp. salt. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse well and drain again.

  2. Lay cucumber out on paper towels to dry.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Stir in cucumber.
