NUTELLA SWIRL BANANA BREAD DESSERT RECIPES


Ingredients




  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups mashed banana

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup Nutella


Instructions




  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease one 9x5" loaf baking pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, with the paddle attachment on, cream butter and sugar on low speed until light and creamy, for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time followed by the mashed banana.

  4. Gently fold in the flour, salt and baking powder. Do not over mix.

  5. With a spatula, fold in the nutella, swirling the batter a few times.

  6. Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool for 5 minutes in the baking pan before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
