NUTELLA SWIRL BANANA BREAD DESSERT RECIPES
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease one 9x5" loaf baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, with the paddle attachment on, cream butter and sugar on low speed until light and creamy, for 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time followed by the mashed banana.
- Gently fold in the flour, salt and baking powder. Do not over mix.
- With a spatula, fold in the nutella, swirling the batter a few times.
- Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let the bread cool for 5 minutes in the baking pan before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
