Mango Vanilla Smoothie Healthy Recipes



Ingredients


  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • ¼ cup (2 ounces) plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup vanilla soymilk

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract





Instructions


  1. Using a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass or jar. Sip and enjoy.





Notes

For soymilk use ¼ - ½ cup depending on how thick you like your smoothies. Everyone has different preferences. Enjoy! Source
